Help
A practical guide for students and facilitators using HarmonyCode — portal access, weekly rhythm, labs, and how to get unstuck.
1. Getting into the portal
- Open the learning portal and create an account with the email you enroll with.
- Confirm your email if prompted, then sign in.
- Activate access under Access & subscription so the Studio can load Blocks 1–4.
- Use Refresh access if you just paid and units still look locked.
There is one program arc for everyone (36 weeks / four blocks). Optional “footing” interest at signup helps facilitators coach you — it does not create a separate learning path or skip blocks.
2. How each unit is taught
Every unit follows three beats:
- The Point — one clear takeaway you should be able to repeat tomorrow.
- The Story — a short human scene that makes the idea stick.
- The Lesson — a short sequence of steps you actually do (lab, journal, critique).
3. Weekly rhythm (typical)
- Live / on-site block — studio or lab intensives when your cohort is in session.
- Portal continuity — between intensives: watch slots, labs, and tutor prompts.
- Critique — peer or facilitator feedback; revise once before marking complete.
4. Lab & integrity basics
- Submit your own work. Cite samples, collaborators, and AI assistance honestly.
- Never commit secrets, seed phrases, or production credentials into public repos.
- Testnet / staging only for security and wallet drills unless staff say otherwise.
5. Get help
- Email contact@harmonycode.io from your account email.
- Phone: +1 585 776 6270, +234 704 265 5875, or +234 814 777 3949.
- Facilitators: ask for pacing guides and observation notes through staff channels — not the public site.
